This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using AXIUMN. It exists to keep outreach lawful and respectful. Breaching it may result in suspension.
Outreach must be lawful
- Only contact people in a genuine business context relevant to a role they are hiring for.
- Comply with applicable law for every message you send, including GDPR, the UK PECR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
- Identify yourself honestly and provide a clear way to opt out.
- Honour opt-out, unsubscribe, and deletion requests promptly.
Prohibited
- Spam, mass-blast, or harassing messaging.
- Using contact data for consumer marketing, recruiting candidates against the data subject's interest, or any purpose unrelated to the open role.
- Reselling, redistributing, or bulk-exporting data beyond your plan's terms.
- Attempting to re-identify, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.
Data subject respect
If a person asks not to be contacted or to have their data removed, stop contacting them and submit an erasure request (Settings → Data & privacy, or [privacy@your-domain]). Erased people are suppressed from re-collection.
