Who we process data about

  • Account users — people who sign up to use AXIUMN (name, email, organisation, authentication data).
  • Business contacts — professionals identified as the likely hiring manager behind a public job posting. We process business-context professional data (name, job title, employer, work email, work phone, public professional-profile URL).

What we collect about business contacts

AXIUMN matches a public job posting to the person likely responsible for the hire and enriches that person with professional contact details obtained from third-party data providers. This may include name, current title and employer, a public professional-profile URL, work email, and work phone.

Lawful basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests(Art. 6(1)(f)) to process business-context professional data for B2B prospecting — connecting our customers with the relevant decision-maker for a role they are hiring. We balance this against the data subject's rights and honour objections and erasure requests (see below). Our customers are independently responsible for the lawful basis of any outreach they send.

How we use the data

  • Identify and rank the likely hiring manager for a job posting.
  • Provide verified contact details to the customer who ran the search.
  • Generate company context (hiring activity, size, funding, tech) to support outreach.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the service, and meter usage for billing.

Sub-processors

We share data with service providers that help us deliver AXIUMN:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
  • Apollo.io — contact discovery and enrichment.
  • People Data Labs — contact data (where enabled for an organisation).
  • Apify — public job-posting data collection.
  • OpenRouter (Anthropic models) — ranking and classification.
  • Firecrawl — optional public-website company context.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

Retention

We retain account data for the life of the account. We retain business-contact data only as long as it remains useful for the service and no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 12 months] after last activity, after which it is purged or de-identified. Erased records are not re-collected (see below).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, contact [privacy@your-domain]. On a verified erasure request we delete the person's personal data across our systems and add them to a suppression list so they are not re-collected by future searches. On an access request we provide an export of the data we hold about the person.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
